I use 4 elevated radials and it is very efficient for a base coil antenna. The second I use portable as the TIA kit a lot. I use the coild and a 9.5 foot radiator for 80/40/20/15/10 meters I use power pole connectors to do it so it takes 2 secs, but I still have to pull over. The only thing I don't like is having to pull over and change bands by changing wires.

I have the original adjustable ring and made 2 others and have 3 tuned taps, 80, 40, and 20 meters. One I use in my truck under my fiberglass cap with a wire that goes through the cap up to the yakima luggage rack and into a 7 foot whip. The just the coil came a little crooked, I emailed the company and never got a response. One came with the TIA kit including take apart tripod and telescoping whip and one was a present of just the coil.
